MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the twentieth
Day of October in the fourteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain,Etc.

It is Ordered That the hearing and determining the Matter
of an Appeal between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Respondents
touching the Settlement of Susannah Frankes< no role > which stood adjourned
unto this day do stand further adjourned until the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County and that on Notice hereof
in the mean time to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke they and all Persons concerned
do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the eighth day
of December next ensuing at the hour of eight in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgement and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal.
