That the said Thomas Wainman< no role > also in the month of February
last without any provocation or other just cause absented himself
from the Petitioners Service by the Space of one other Week and
when he returned behaved to the petitioners in a very impudent
and sauey manner. That the said Thomas Wainman< no role > had
contracted Matrimony during the said Term. That the said
Thomas Wainman< no role > did lend your petitioners Goods particulary
a Metal Watch and Chair out of the petitioners shop, and also
Money out of his Till without the petitioners leave or Consent to an
acquaintance of the said Thomas Wainman< no role > That the said
Thomas Wainman< no role > some time since took a Laced Waistcoat and
an Henger out of the petitioners Shop and wore the same, and
also lent another Hanger of the petitioners to a compansion of
the said Thomas Wainman< no role > without the petitioners knowledge or
Consent and the said Thomas Wainman< no role > and his said Companion
did go about the Streets with the said Hangers in the Night time
in a very disorderly and dissolute manner, and that the said
Thomas Wainman< no role > or his said Companion in his presence have
Cut and defaced the ornamental pillars at the petitioners door
with such Hangers, which said Pillars cost the petitioner a
large Sum of Money That the said Thomas Wainman< no role > did
in all things behave toward your Petitioner in so unruly
disobedient and dishonest a manner that the petitioner cannot
with Safety trust or employ the said Thomas Wainman< no role > in
any Business or Affairs, Whereby the Petitioner conceived
himself to be aggreived Whereupon at the request of the said
Petitioner It is ordered that the Benefit of his said Appeal he
saved unto him and that the hearing and determining thereof
be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County and that
on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given to the said
Thomas Wainman< no role > he and all persons concerned do attend
the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the twelfth
day of January next at eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the said Court touching the said Appeal
