William Leeming< no role > of the Sign of the Kings head in the Butcher Row
Temple Bar in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex Vintner Maketh Oath that he this Deponent hath made Diligent
Search and Enquiry at Several places in Order to serve William Nelson< no role >
the Prosecutor above mentioned with the Notice of Trial hereunto
Annexed and Notwithstanding his Utmost Endeavours so to do hath
not been able to meet with the said Prosecutor to Serve him with the said Notice and
further Saith that he will find him if Possible against the next
Session in Order to Serve him Personally with a Notice of Trial for
that Time
