the Prosecutors of the above Indictments
severally make Oath and Say and first this
Deponent Hannah for herself Saith That
She on Wednesday last was served with
the two paper Writings hereunto annexed
Marked A. & B. purpurting to be
Notices for Tryall as an this Day And Saith
that the same was delivered to her at the
House of the other Deponent in Rosemary
Lane aforesaid by the Solicitor for the said
DeftsAnd these Deponent William
Wendy< no role > and Hannah Wendy both Say that
theybador either of them have not been
Served with any Countern and of either of
the said Notices but are now attending
with their Witnesses in expectation of the
said Causes Comeing on to be Tryed pursuant
to such Notices
