Recognizance, the Same became forfeited, and must be
ESTREATED into his Majesty's Court of Exchequer in Order
to the issuing Process, against you for levying the Penalty of £ twenty Pounds thereon;
unless respited by the Court, on your Appearance, and
Application, to Stay Proceedings at the next General Quar-
ter Session, to be holden by Adjournment, at HICKS'S-
HALL , in St. John's-Street , on Monday the 17th day of October next
