I ordered Mr. Wall my Clerk in Court to one out a Certiorari
to remove the above Indictment and he has done so and will get
it Allowed by Judge Ashton this afternoon if he can possibly meet
with him, and if so, shall put in Bail thereon on Monday next and
send it to your Office to be returned 15th. October 1774
