of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks = Hall , in Saint John = Street ,
(by adjournment) on Friday the Year of the

on pursuact to an act of parliament passed in the present
year of his present Majesty's reign intitled an Act for the further and better
"Regulation of buildings and party walls and for m [..]
"by fire within the Cites of London and Westminster , and the Liberties thereof and other
"the parishes, precincts, and places, within the weekly Bills of Mortality, the parishes
"of saint Mary lebon, paddington , Saint Pancras and saint Luke at Chelsea
"in the County of Middlesex ; and for indemnifying, under certain conditions,
"Builders and other persons against the penalties to which they are or may be
"liable for erecting. Building within the limits aforesaid contrary to Law".
nominated and appointed by the Court Surveyors or Supervisors to see the Rules and Regulations contained in the said
act well and truly observed in and throughout those parts of the County
of Middlesex within the jurisdiction of this Courts as lie within the Bills
of Mortality And the Court having divided [..] such part of the said County
of Middlesex as is mentioned in the said act into the respective districts hereafter named
and the said Surveyors or supervisors having been severally nominated and
appointed to the said districts as follows. vizt
