At this Court the Soll Report of the Commee appointed to consider into
how many districts that part of the County of Middlesex mentioned
in the Act lately passed for regulating Buildings Etc shall be
divided I also to examine Etc being read [mark]

the same is hereby confirmed and the same is in all things rahferd
wud confinned accordingly.

the List of Candidates for the office of Surveyor be rescinded, it passed in the negative but a division being

it is ordered that the following Gentlemen vizt. be appointed

having king nominated & having obligingly signified their acquiescence there with It is ordered
that the said three Gentlemen heappdthey are hereby appointed
