Sir

As it is a long Time since I made an
Application relating to wh. is due to me from the County of Middx
for surveying and directing the several County Works I was
employed in; and I have heard nothing since inconsequence
there of: I take the Liberty of transmitting to you an
Account of what Money was laid out in the several Works
done under my Direction as a Surveyor; Which I intreat the
Favour of you to lay before the Justices.

The Carpenters Work at Clerkenwell Bridewell from
1750 to 1769 amounted to}

At Hick's Hall same Time to101.14.2

At New Prison from 1750 to 1767331 - 5

At Chertsey Bridge in 1758359.7 -

At Do. in 1767 & 81656.10.7

At Brentford Bridge in 1767396.7.4

The Bricklayers, Masons, Plaisterers , Plumbers , Painters
Glaziers & Paviours at Hicks's Hall , new prison , &
Bridewell during the above Time done under
my Inspection amounted to upwards of900 - -

If I have made any Mistake in the above Account I beg it
may be corrected by your Books; but I believe I am considerably
under the Sum in the £900 Article, the others I know are
exact. I was employed some Time before the Year 1750 but
I only take it up from that Time. The several Works
done under my Inspection amounts to upwards of £4000
