Justices of the Peace appointed to Enquire
into the Receipt and disposal of the Toll
of the Haymarket and every thing rela-
tive thereto.

Resolved That Sir Charles Whitworth< no role > be the Chairman
of this Committee.

Passed in the Affirma
tive unanimously.

Resolved That Mr: Charles Eyles< no role > the Deputy Clerk of the Peace
be the Clerk of this CommitteePd. in the Affirmve.

Took into consideration the reference to this Committee made
on the County day of the last Session (vizt) To enquire into the
Receipt of the Toll of the Haymarket ; how the same has
been disposed of according to the 8th. & 9th. of William
the Third: and every thing relative thereto.

Read the Act of Parliament of the 8th. & 9th. of King William
the Third Chapr. 17.
