in the County of Oxford Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and
Appeal Setting forth That by a Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date the
Twenty Ninth day of October last under the hands and Seals of John T.Hesse and

Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been Alledged by there respive
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor their Councel and Witnesses in and
Concerning the Premisses It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same
is hereby Allowed and the said Order of Removal of the said Two Justices is hereby
Vacated and set aside And it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Witney
in the County of Oxford aforesd.
