in the Afternoon To administer the Com [..] Monthly on the Third
Sunday in every month and Also on the Great Festivals [..] sick
occasionally read to them the Service responded for that purpose and
Administer the Communion to the [..] when required [..] That this
Salary for the above Duty to be given to the Chaplain to be appointed
to New Prison should be Fifty pounds pet annum Which Report being
read the subsequent amendment was proposed the instead of the words to
Administer the Communion "Monthly on the Third Sunday in every
Month" and also on the Great Festivals" The following should be [..]
(vizt)" To administer the Communion on" the Sundays immediately before
each general removal" of the Prisoners to the different Goals be for trial
also on the Great Festivals" and being agreed to It is Ordered that the
Report so amended as aforesaid be and the same whereby in all things ratified and
confirmed And immediately afterwards the said report so ratified and
confirmed as aforesaid was publickly read in Court to the Revrend Mr. Thomas
Richards

Whereas appears by the Report of the Committee appointed to enquire
into the Receipt and disposal of the Toll of the Haymarket That Articles
of agreement seem about the year 1756 to have been entered into by a
[..] the Justices with one John Wilkins< no role > a paviour his Executors
[..] and assigns whereby £100 a Year is allowed him for
[..] Years in consideration of his having and repairing the
[..] by which it was agreed that if a larger is in should be [..]
[..] Toll than the aforesaid £100 and an allowance of [..]
[..] fleeting the same then the said Wilkins was to pay the [..]
[..] in to the Justices which term will expire on Lady day 1777
[..] of agreement the Haymarket has from that have been paved on
[..] said Wilkins is dead and that the said Agreement [..]
[..] are now executed by Mr William Davis< no role > the Executors of the
[..] John Wilkins< no role > and that upon the Examination of Mr William [..]
[..] lyeth a Balance in morning in his Hands in favour of the [..]
[..] from the over [..] of the Receipt of the Toll of the Haymarket
[..] which sum to declared himself ready to [..] to the [..]
and balance of £164..16..6 acknowledged by himself to remain in his [..]
aforesaid unto Mr John Benson< no role > the Prosecution of this County at is [..]
referred to receive the same on account of the and County and to given
in the same unto the said Mr William Davis< no role > which together [..]
