To the Worshipfull Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the
City of London

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass under the Hands and Seals
of Charles Dodd< no role > and Stepn. Clarke< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (and one of them of the Quorum) bearing date the 26th. day of
October in the year of our Lord 1773 Mary Woodworth< no role > was removed and Conveyed
from and out of the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of St. Sepulchre in the City of London as the place of her legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said two Justices
Appeal to this Court against the same and Humbly Pray
that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be saved and
that a day may be Appointed at this Present Sessions
for the hearing and Determining thereof

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
