SIR,
James Henley< no role > being bound over to appear
at the last October Session, and not appearing according to
the Condition of you Recognizance for that purpose
it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the Court of
Exchequer , in Order the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty of Unless by Appear
ance and proper Application to Stay Proceedings thereon
at the next Session, when will begin at Guitdball, in King-
Street , Westminster , offour days the 3d Day of October Monday
27th day of Apr [..] instant next,the Estreat shall be respited by the Court.
