Abraham Beck< no role > of the Parish of Brentford
in the County of Middlesex Butcher maketh Oath
That he being bound over to appear at the last
October Session to prosecute Jane Hunt< no role > for a
misdemeanor and being afterwards informed that
the said Jane Hunt< no role > was a person of [..] insane
mind and that he being ignorant of the conse
guences of not appearing to prosecute the said
Jane Hunt< no role > neglected so to do And farther [..] ith
that it was not through any respect or favour
to the said Jane Hunt< no role > or in order to avoid
bringing her to justice that he did to attend
the Court to prosecute and give evidence according
to the Condition of his Recognizance
