William Drury< no role > of the Parish of Saint Giles in
the Fields in the County of Middlesex Victualler
Maketh Oath That on or about the Twenty Ninth
day of October last he this Deponent entred into a
Recognizance in the Penalty Twenty Pounds before
William Timbrell< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County Conditioned for this
Deponents Personal Appearance at the then next
General Session of the peace to be holden at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in and for the said County
then and there to prefer a Bill of Indictment
the Grand Jury against Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of
Micheal Mc Donald< no role > for feloniously Steat [..]
one Quart Pewter Pett Value Ten Pence [..]
Deponents property And this Deponent [..]
Saith that the reason why he did not Appearance [..]
Prosecute pursuant to the Condition of his sess. [..]
was because this Deponent as well before, a [..]
All, and after the said Session was very ill and not
s [..] rse able to Stand And not expected to live
And likewise saith that it was not through any
wilful Neglect that he did not Appear to presecute
the said Elizabeth Mc. Donald< no role > but wished if it had
been in his power to have Attended to prosecute her.
