SIR
you being bound over to appear
at the last January Session, to prosecute patrick Lawler< no role > for felony and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that pur-
pose it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the
Court of Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process
thereon against you for levying the Penalty: Unless by
Appearance and proper Application to stay Proceedings
thereon at the next Session, which will begin at Guild-
hall , in King-Street , Westminster , on Monday the 27th
Day of April instant, the Estreat shall be respited by the
Court.
