William Farrell< no role > the Prosecutor maketh Oath and Saith
that having Received Notice's from the Above Defendants
on Friday the Twenty fourth Instant that the said
Defts proposed to Appear plead and try their Several
Traverse's to the Indictment preferred by this Deponent
on this Day he this Deponent procured a Subpara
and Served his Sevral Witness therewith, and this
Deponent Saith that he causd Search to be made wth.
the Deputy Clerk of the Peace or Proper Officer to see
if the said Defendants has Issued any Venire for the
said Tryal but was Informed there was none had.
Issued and saith he believes that such Notice's were
so Served by the Defendants meerely to put his Deponent
to unnecessary Expence and trouble
