The Deft. was indicted in July Session for assaulting Ann
Dawson< no role > Widow the Deft. was under Recognizance
to appear at that Session but did not the Deft. was taken
up after that Session by a Bench Warrant and then gave
Bail to appear in September Session but the the Deft. did
not then appearthe Deft after that Session took out
a Certificate of the Indictment and put in Bail to appear
at this present Session the Deft. hath not get pleaded
to the Indictment and after alethese defaults we hope the
Court will order the Deft. to be called and in Default of
Appearance order all his Recognizance to be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer
