to appear at Hick's Hall in July Sessions Last

In July Session 1771 on Indictmt. was prepared & found
agt. Defts. and a Certificate was obtained And Lord Mansfields
Warrt. Issued to apprehend Defts. to Compell them to appear
and plead They Cannot be arrested thereon they so abscond

Therefore please to move on behalf of the
Prosr. to Estreat the Recognizance into the Ex [..]
