this Deponent John Turner< no role > for himself Saith that
he this Deponent did in May Session last Pay
Two Shillings and Eight pence into the Court at Hicks's
Hall unto a person there for Withdrawing the Recognizance
of Elizabeth his Wife And this Deponent Henry
Thory for himself Saith that he was present when
the other Deponent paid the said Two Shillings and
Eight pence for withdrawing the said Recognizance and
Did See the other Deponent Pay the same unto Mr
Jefferson's Clerk
