Joseph Girdler< no role > Esquire for the said Isaac
Bradley
< no role > s Appearance at the then next and now
last September Session of the Peace for the said
County to Answer the said Complaint And these
Deponents did not know but that the said Isaac
Bradley had accordingly Appeared and Answered
the said Complaint till the Deponent James
Murphy
< no role > received a Letter from Mr. Jefferson Deputy
Cork of the Peace for the said County Informing
them of the said Bradleys not appearing According
to the Condition of the said Recognizance which is
about Three Weeks since And these Deponents further
severaly Say that they have been very Credibly
Informed and which they verily believe to be true
That on Wednesday the Second day of October Instant
the said Bradley quitted his said House an Account of Debt
And further severally say they both have since
at several times made very diligent Search and
inquiries after the said Isaac Bradley but have
not yet been able to find where he is gone to or where
he is But severally say they inten'd to make further
diligent enquire after him between and the next
Session And hope and verily believe they shall
be Able to have him forth Coming at the next
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County
of Middlesex And also say that they are not under any other Recognizance
for the said Defendant than the above
