County of Middlesex Doultereer Maketh Oath That
some time in the Month of March last he this
Deponent became Bail before Saunders Welch< no role > Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in the Sum of Ten Pounds Conditioned
for the Appearance of the above named John
Brady
< no role > at then next Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said County of Answer the Complaint
of the abovenamed Catherine the Wife of Dennis
Sullivan
< no role > for Assaulting and beating her
And this Deponent furhter Saith on or about the
Eleventh day of April last the said John Brady< no role >
(who was a Publican and kept the Sign of the Drumin
New toners Lane in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said County) quitted his House and this Deponent
has never been able since to find out where he is or where
he is gone to Notwith standing he this Deponent has
made very diligent inquiry after him And lastly
Saith that he hopes and believes that he this Deponent
shall be able by or before the Next Session to find out
the said John brady< no role > and have him forth coming at the next
Session to Answer the above Indictment
