The King agt Thomas Robinson< no role >
On two Prosecutions For Frands

Thomas Barrow< no role > of Pear Tree Court in the Parish of
Saint James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
Vnituer Maketh Oath That a Witt of Habeas Corpus
some Time Since Issued to bring the said Deft before Lord
Mansfield in Order to be Bailed (the said Deft then
being very Ill That this Deponent and one Wiliam
Doddington
< no role > became Bail for the said Defendant and
Saith that the said Thomas Robinson< no role > having been
Advised to go into his own Native Country being near the
[..] Town of Northampton as the only Means likely
to restore him to his Health he accordingly went
there where he still remain [..] Ill as this Deponent is
Credibly Informed and believes and unable to Came to
London without great Drang [..] of [..]
Deponent Saith that he is in great hopes the said Thomas
will be able to Come to Town by the next Session to
take his Trually on the above prosecutions and will
use his Utmost Endeavours [..] to have him here for
that purpose And lastly Saith he did not become
Bail for the said Deft with any Intition to serven
his from Justice and verily believes the said Deft
Will as soon as able take his Tryalls in this Honourable
Court
