of the peace holden at Hicks Hall
in and for the said County

for the said William moor on the prosecution of

to Try his said Traverse upon the
said Indictment at this present Sessions for an Assault And
this Deponent further saith that the said William Moor< no role >
the above Defendent is since dead and was buried on the
ninth day at this Instant October in the Church Yard of
the Parish of Uxbridge
in the said County of Middlesex
