The king against William Moor< no role > on the Prosecution
of Thomas Fellows< no role > Esquire for an Assault

Charles Smith< no role > of Uxbridge in the [..] County of Middlesex
Shopkeeper maketh Oath and saith that go this Deponent
did become Bail with one Robert Moffatt< no role > at last Session
of the peace holden at Hicks Hall in and for the said County
of Middlesex for the said William moor on the prosecution of
the said Thomas Fellows< no role > to Try his said Traverse upon the
said Indictment at this present Sessions for an Assault And
this Deponent further saith that the said William Moor< no role >
the above Defendent is since dead and was buried on the
ninth day at this Instant October in the Church Yard of
the Parish of Uxbridge in the said County of Middlesex

this 24th. day at Octr. 1771
