Know all Men by these Presents That I John Minshier< no role > of
Coppice Row in the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex Labourer

have Remised, Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto John Marquick of
the said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid Victualler his

Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damaged and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Marquick

ever had and which the said John Minshier< no role > his Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof Ihave hereunto sett my Hand and Seal
the TenthDay of September in the EleventhYear
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
Defender of the Faith and in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred
and Seventy one.
