Defendant on their behalf as fully in every Respect as if they were Personally
Present And that in whatever manner this Deponent should settle the same
they the said Augustus Knox< no role > Thomas Frampton< no role > and John Califf< no role > would
agree thereto And that in pursuance of such Authority so by them given to
this Deponent he this Deponent did for them and on their behalfs Settle
the matters in their said Prosecutions above mentioned and did Execute
the General Release hereto Annexed for them the said Augustus Knox
Thomas Frampton< no role > and John Califf to him the said Defendant And this
Deponent further Sayth he knows and is well Assured That the said
Augustus Knox< no role > Thomas Frampton< no role > and John Califf do not Intend
to proceed any further in their said prosecutions against the said
Defendant.
