That [..] were appraised at too small value this Deponent agreed to
give [..] pounds for the Same no other person bidding or offering to give more
for the [..] Same which Ten pounds this Deponent paid to the said Defendants
Wife [..] part whereof was to this Deponents knowledge paid for Rent and
Some debts and the Remainder was as this Deponent believes applyed
by her towards the Support and maintenance of herself and her Children
And this Deponent Saith That the said Defendant has not ever since
the [..] of January Last had any House or Furniture whatsoever not
is the said Defendant as this Deponent believes worth one Shilling after
all his Debts are paid by no means Including the Fine Set upon him by
this Court And this Dept. Saith That he this Deponent is not now nor ever
was possessed of or [..] in any part of the Goods Furniture or Effects
of the said Defendent Save as aforesaid and herein aftermentioned For altho this Deponent paid Ten pounds for the said
Goods as aforesaid Yet this Deponent actually Sold the same in the month of
of March Last for the Sum of Eight pounds Seventeen Shillings Save and Except
[..] there now remains in this Deponents hands a few Trifling things part [..]
[..] Ten Shillings And this Deponent [..]
That the [..] Defendant is now Justly Indebted to this Deponent in the
Sum of twelve poundsand upwards for moneys from Time to Time
Lent an advanced by this Deponent to the said Defendant for the Support of
himself and his Family and which this Deponent fears he the said Defendant
will [..] be able to pay him
