To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex , in their
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Peter Lewis Perrin< no role > and
George Wrighte< no role > Esquires , two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 15th.
day of January instant Mary Williams< no role > alias Lea< no role >
was removed from the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster , to the said Parish of Saint Mary
le bone as the Place of her last legal Settlement, where
by your Petitioners apprehend themselves aggrieved
and appeal to your Worships against the said Order.

Your Petitioners therefore pray that
your Worships will be Pleased to appoint
some Day in this Present Session for the
hearing and Determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
