in this County Have at this Present Session Exhibited their Petition
and Appeal Setting forth That by Virtue of a Varrant Pass under the hand and Seal of

for the City and
Liberty of Westminster
, bearing date the Seventh day of January instant Mary

was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint James within the
said City and Liberty of Westminster
, to the said Parish of Saint Mary lebone
as the Place of her last legal settlement. Whereby the Petitioners apprehended
themselves Aggrieved Now upon hearing of the said Appeal in the Presence.
and hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint James and they consenting by their Council to the allowing of the said
Appeal It is Ordered that the said appeal be and the same is hereby allowed
And the said Pass Order of the said Justice is hereby vacated and set aside
and it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Saint Mary Lebone do forth Convey and deliver back
the said Poor woman (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint James or to some or one of
them who are hereby required to receive and provide for her until they can
Free themselves from the charge thereof by due course of law.
