You are hereby desired [..] to produce on Thursday
next in Open Session for the County of Middlesex as Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the said County on the hearing of an
appeal now depending between the said Liberty and Parish
Touching the Settlement of Elizabeth Davis< no role > Singlewoman
a Certain Order or pass Warrant bearing Date on or about
the third day of August last under the hands and Seals of
William Rugg< no role > and William Timbrell< no role > Esqrs. whereby the
said Elizabeth Davis< no role > was herebefore removed from the said Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square to the above mentioned Liberty
as the Place of her Legal Settlement together with her child
Frances< no role > And also lthe Order of Court made in September Session
Last on the hearing of an Appeal preferred against the said Order
of Removal tol the end the said Several Orders may be read in
Evidence on the Hearing of an Appeal now depending between
the said parties Against a Subsequent Order made for
Removal of the said Elizabeth Davis< no role > and her said child from the
said Parish to the said Liberty. Dated this 15th. day
January 1771
