The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
Aldermanbury London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one being
of the Quorum) dated the twenty Eighth day of November
last part John Harriath< no role > Jane< no role > his wife and their two
Children to wit Elizabeth< no role > aged ten Years and upwards
and Samuel< no role > aged four Years and upwards were removed
from the Parish of Saint Martins the Fields in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Mary Aldermanbury as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment
By the said two Justices and therefore
humbly Appeal to the Honourable Court
against the same And Pray that their
Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved [..] them and that the [..]
and Determination thereof may be adjourned
until the next Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County
