The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of J. Girdler and Stephen
Clarke< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex bearing date the
16th. Day of November One thousand seven hundred and
Seventy Charlotte Vuljohn< no role > aged about four Years Daughter
of Wm Vuljohn< no role > Coach harness maker (who hath deserted her)
by Mary< no role > his Wife deced was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn which lies
above the Bars in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the said County as the
Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby Your
Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and Appealts
this Court against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore most Humbly pray your
Worships to appoint a Day in this present General
Session to hear and Determine their said Appeal
