May Mr. Jefferson, not being Clerk of the Peace nor
Deputy at the last Session estreatable and having quitted
his former employmt. as Deputy after the 2 first Sessions and
before the businesses comenced there at were concluded and before
the estreating Sessions had exercised the wonted authority
Estreat the Fines & for feitures, in order to the issuing
of process thereon. Or may Mary Waller< no role > or Mr. Butler
and which of them do this, considering the change of
Office & the time elapsed, And the omission of notice
to the Suitors, in due time accord to the Pracise of Courts
