Statutum de Scaccario 51. Henrt 3. State 5. Sect 10. Enacts that all Justices [..]
Commissioners and other shall from henceforth deliver into the Excheaq at the Ten [..]
of Saint Michael from Year to Year the Estreats of Fines & Amerciaments make &
Taxed before them Etc. And they of the Excheaf shall make Estreats of the Sumon's the
all Shires (saving that the Estreats in Eyre of all Pleas shall be delivered immediately
after the Eyre made)

14 Ric 2 Cap 11 (2) Enacts that the Estreats of the Sd. Justices be double
and the one Part delivered by the said Justices to the Sheriff to levy the Money
thereof arising Etc.

22. & 23. C. 2 Stat 2. Cap 22. Reciting that by divers Stas. mole this
made it was provided that the Estreats of Fines Etc. should be Estreated and
delivered into the Escheqr Yearly Etc. Enacts (intal) Sectr 7. that all & every the
Clerk and Clerks of the Peace and all Town Clerks and every of them within the
Kingdom of England do and shall make & deliver to the Sheriff or Sheriffs of
the County Etc. where the Sessions of the Peace is or shall be kept within 20 Days
after 29th. Sept in every Year Yearly, a true and perfect Estreat or Schedule of all
Fines Issues Amerciaments forfeited Recognizances Sum & Sums of Money and
other Forfeitures whatsoever that are or shall happen to be Imposed set lost or
forfeited in any of the said Sessions of the Peace respectively which shall be held
before Michaelmas by or upon and Person Etc.

S8. And do and ye shall Yearly and every Year or before the Second
Monday after the Morrow of All Souls make and deliver into the sd. Court of
Excheq a true and perfect Duplicate Certificate & Estreat of all Such Estreats and
Schedules and delivered to respective Sheriffs aforesaid That so the respective
Sheriffs [..] their apposa [..] said Cow [..] chequer [..] be [..]
