Mr Brefell Mr. Hammond Mr. Mercer & Mr. Keeling or any
three or more to meet at Hicks hall on Monday next
by eleven o Clock precisely to take such Methods as
they shall think fit Assisted by Council for the
Recovery of the Books Papers & Records in the
Report & order Mentd.

Refd. to the same Comittee to proceed in such
Manner as Council shall advise for supporting the
Judgmt. of the last Quarter Session for the
Moral of Mr. Waller from his office.
