At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
by Adjournment on Monday the twenty Second Day of October
in the tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George King of Great Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in this County have
Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that they and all Persons
concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next at [..] nine of the
Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
