To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of [..]
the Westminster & County of Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor, of the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex and City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid
(one whereof being of QUORUM) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Clement Danes That Sarah Masters< no role > Aged about
thirty Years the Wife of William Masters< no role > (gone from
her) with three Children Vizt. William< no role > Aged about
Six Years Sarah< no role > Aged about five Years and
Elizabeth< no role > Aged about one Month
have lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes
and are likely to become chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Sarah Masters< no role > is in the
said Parish of Saint Sepulchre aforesaid

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, the said Church-Wardens, and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Clement Danes on sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Sarah Masters< no role > and her said three
Children
from and of your said Parish of Saint Clement
Danes to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this Twenty Eighth Day of September 1770.
