To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace at Hicks's Hall in the said County
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said Liberty and County
bearing date the Twenty Eighth day of September 1770
Jane Chapman< no role > This name instance is in set 953. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . Singlewoman aged about Twenty Seven
Years with her Child named Anthony < no role > aged about Ten
Months were removed from the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the Parish
of St. George Hanover Square within the said County
as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will
please to appoint a time for hearing and
determining the said appeal and that all
persons concerned may then Attend.
