Sir,


Mr. Waller having last night received a Paper Writing
which appears to have been signed by you, requiring him
to deliver to you all Records Etc belonging to the Office
of Clerk of the Peace for the County of Middlesex , He
has directed me to inform you that (not withstanding he
means to remove the proceedings upon Mr. Clay's Complt.
and Charge exhibited against him into the Court of
Kings Bench by Certiorari and has given Notice thereof
to the Justices) yet for the sake of public Justice and that
the due Execution thereof may not be prevented by the
Detention of any Records or other Matters in his Custody
all those which are necessary and in process shall be
delivered to any person youll please to sent for them
that the same may be ready at Hickes's Hall to Morrow
Morning when the sessions begin
