It is Ordered that James Waller< no role > Esqr . late Clerk of the Peace
of this County Do forthwith deliver or cause to be delivered
into Court here all and every the Records, Rolls, Files,
Registers, Calenders, Books, PapersandEntries of proceedings
& other Writings of or belonging to the Sessions or to the
Office of Clerk of the Peace of this County now being and remaining in his
Custody Power or Possession
