To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex , at their General Session
at Hick's Hall Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens-
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint John Southwark in the County of Surrey

Sheweth


That by an order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Mejesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex vizt. James Esdaile< no role >
and Cad: Coker< no role > Esquires, and dated the 18th. Day of
January last, Rebecca Dickson< no role > wife of Richard Dickson< no role >
(gone away and left her) and her Child Named Charles < no role >
aged about five years, were removed from the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex to the Parish
of Saint John Southwark as the place of this last legal
Settlement, by which your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore most humble
pray your Worships, That they may have
Liberty to appeal to the said order of
Removal, And That Court would be
Pleased to appoint a short Day for hearing
the same

And your Petitioners shall ever
Pray Etc.
