Thos. Eaton< no role > should appear at the
Sessions, held in Jany. last; and he not appearing accord-
ing to the Condition of the Recognizance for that Purpose it became
forfeited and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer : Unless
held appear at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be
held for the City and Liberty of Westminster , on Wednesday the
11th. Day of Aprill not at Nine of the Clock in the
Forenoon, at Guild-ball, in King-Street, Westminster ; and make proper
Application for staying Process against you.
