To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of Parish of Saint
Andrew by the Wardrobe London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Pass Warrant under the Stands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex (one being of the
Quorum) dated the twenty sixth day of July last past Mary Alder< no role >
Spinster Was removed from the Parish of Saint, Martin in the Fields
within the said Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint
Andrew by the Ward to be as the Place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved by the said
order and Judgement of the said two Justices and therefore humbly
Appeal to this Honourable Court And

Pray that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a Day for the Hearing and
Determining the same

And your Petitiners shall ever Pray Etc.
