At the General Session of the peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County (holden by Adjournment
on) Men day the fifth day of September
in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within mentioned on Notice
hereof to be given to them in the mean time that they and all Parties
concerned do attend the Court here on Thursday next at Nine of the
Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
