Hall Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of Thomas Kynaston< no role > and Peter Planck< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twelfth Day of August
last Mary Sonley< no role > Spinster was removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Saint Martin in the Field, within the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place
of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive them-
selves to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their said
Order and pray that your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint some Day in this Present Session for the
hearing and Determining the said Appeal And to Order
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields and all Persons
concerned do then Attend this Court.
