At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Fifth
day of September in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord King George the third and in the year
of our Lord 1768.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in
this County have Notice of the within Appeal and that they and
all persons concerned Do Attend this Court on Thursday next
at Nine of the Clock in the Morning to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal
