one of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the Said County this 3 day of June 1768

The Said Richard Wilkinson< no role > being now Brought before me the Said Justice by John Tims< no role >
Constable of the Said parish of Little Stanmore in the Said County of Middx and Charged by
in the Oath of Thomas Robinson< no role > of the Said parish Little Stanmore Victualler on Satisfaction of [..] having feloniously
taken Stolen and Carryed a Warrent of the Yard on Backside of him the Said Thos. Robinson< no role > at Settle
Stanmore aforesaid on or abont the month of Sepr Last past on Duck the property of
him the Said Thos Robinson Values Six pence

And the Said Richard Wilkinson< no role > being asked by me the Said Justice what he had
to say in his own Defence he acknowledges that he diot kill the Duck above mentiond
in a Lane near the House of him the said Thos Robinson< no role > in the Parish of Little Stanover
aforesaid and further Saith that he in Company with John Tompkins< no role > of the Parish of
Little Stanmore aforesaid agreed together that he the said Richard Wilkinson< no role > Should
chill the Send Duck and that the Said John Tompkin< no role > took it up and hid it in a hedge
