[..] General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The [..] Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and
over seers of the Poor of the Parish of Christ Church in the
said County

Sheweth

That [..] or Order under the Hand sand and Seals of
[..] melch and George Fried Esquire two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one where of being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 29th day of april 1768 [..] Elizabeth Mathews< no role >
Singlewoman was Removed from and out of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex
unto the said Parish of Christ Church in the said County Alledging
the said Parish of Christ Church to be the Place of her last legal
Settlement

16th may 1768

Your Petition bearing themselves
aggrieved by the Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices of the Peace Do therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the same
Praying such Relief in the Premisses
as to this Court shall Settlement.

And your Petrs shall ever pray etc
