At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the said County (by adjournment) on
Thursday the fourteenth day of April in the Eighth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third king of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden against
the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles
Cripplegate without London touching the Settlement of Michael Daniel< no role >
Mary< no role > his wife and their two children (that is to say) John< no role > aged three
years and James< no role > aged Eight months which stood duly adjourned unto this
day Do stand further adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace
to be held for this County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate on Notice of this
appeal and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on Saturday the Twenty first day of May next at nine of the
Clock [..] where the said Session
is expected to be holden (by adjournment) to hear and abide the Judgement
and determination of the Court touching the said appeal.
